Comments from Melissa, the President and Director of The Paragon School of Pet Grooming: About the COAT HANDLER product line: We have been using this entire product line for over 10 years. The key to its effeteness is its simplicity. The shampoos do a super job cleansing while being low sudsing which allows for easy and fast rinsing. The conditioner is a multi-use products based on how you dilute. All the shampoos and conditioners are tearless and very gentle to the skin – even if they don’t get rinsed out 100%. (Keep in mind we are a school and do between 60 -100 pets a day on average – Occasionally a student will have a rinsing issue!) We always bath all pets twice and offer a skin conditioning treatment to all pets. By using the Coat Handler System, we are able to cut our water, shampoo consumption dramatically plus move pets through the bathing process faster. All these things add up to huge savings to or bottom line and very happy customers!

Skin Works Salve - 2 oz
Comments: I LOVE this product! We use it on any skin problem or potential problem: dog, cat, horse or human. It soaks in easily, just like a good hand lotion, but does not leave an oily residue once it sinks in it's invisible.
For our pet clients, if we think there is a slight chance the dog will develop a mild skin irritation after grooming, we send the client home with a oz sample of Skin Works for them to apply to their pet. Rarely do we have any after groom clipping issues by following this procedure. Skin Works stops most potential skin problems before they have a chance to start!

Odor Handler Crystals - 1 lb
Comments: This is what I would consider a "miracle" product! I use Odor Handler in everyway the company talks about and then some! It truly does knock down all organic odors! Skunk, fish, manure, urine, smoke, mildew if it smells nasty, Odor Handler can normally fix it!
True story: A few years back my old Bernese Mountain Dog had a terrible case of diarrhea in the car. It was everywhere in the back of my SUV! Luckily I was at work when this happened so I grabbed a bucket of hot water, sprinkled a healthy dose of Odor Handler in the water along with a squirt of 15/1 Coat Handler Shampoo, grabbed an armful of towels and a scrub brush. A half hour later the car was scrubbed out. My commute home was over 30 minutes and we did it the entire way with the windows closed with NO nasty diarrhea odor at all! (Dora got a quick bath on the rear end with Odor Handler from the students while I worked on the car)
