By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to all natural persons age 18 or older in the United States. This promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Incomplete entries are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per household. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant with the same e-mail address and/or from the same computer are void. Online entrants must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made.

PROMOTION PERIOD. The promotion begins on June 1, 2006 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (EST) and ends on September 1, 2006 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST ("Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER. To enter the drawing, you must sign up for the Paragonpetschool.com Contest online and submit your photo’s. You must provide a complete and valid email address to qualify for entry. Any email address that bounces (returned undeliverable) will be deleted from the drawing immediately.

SELECTION OF WINNER. Winners will be determined by a board of judges and from votes tallied online. All eligible entries received within 14 days after the contest ending period will be included in the judging. All decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email. Paragon Pet School or White Dog Enterprises is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected notification, or for winner's unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize. Entry, acceptance, and/or use of any prize offered constitutes agreement by the winner to the use of the winner's first name, photograph, and/or other likeness for the purpose of advertising and promotion by Paragon Pet School and it’s affiliates without any further compensation to the winner unless prohibited by law. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: One winner will receive one gift certificate worth $100.00 in value. Gift certificates are redeemable online at paragonpetschool.com. Prize will be sent to the email address submitted by the selected winner via e-mail upon notification that he/she has been selected as a winner. ALL TAXES, DUTIES, SHIPPING COSTS AND SIMILAR CHARGES, IF ANY, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER AND ARE NOT REFLECTED IN THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES AWARDED. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All entrants release Paragon Pet School and it’s affiliates, from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this promotion and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. Paragon Pet School is not responsible for prize quality or utility. Paragon Pet School will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor, or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
